Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kothari
Mr. Sanjay Kumar Kothari, the visionary behind Just Holidays Pvt. Ltd., embarked on his journey in tourism during a solo tour of Rajasthan in 1991 as a school student. This experience sparked a profound love for tourism in him. Inspired by his newfound passion, he organized his ex-school's students’ group tour to Singapore, planting the seed for his entrepreneurial dreams. Thereafter, Sanjay pursued an MBA Degree in Tourism from Kurukshetra University, graduating with Distinction and a Gold Medal in 1996. This academic foundation offered him a deep understanding of the industry's potential and nuances. He then dedicated over a decade to gaining hands-on experience across varied roles in various esteemed travel companies, including his final position as VP - East with Kuoni. Despite his success in corporate roles, Sanjay sought deeper fulfillment. In 2007, he founded Just Holidays Pvt. Ltd., driven by the vision “to be the first choice brand for perfect holiday seekers.” With an innate passion for travel and a commitment to excellence, he has transformed Just Holidays into a trusted name in the industry, known for creating seamless and unforgettable travel experiences. Sanjay’s journey from a solo traveler to a leader in the tourism sector exemplifies his determination, innovation, and dedication to redefining leisure and corporate tourism.

Mrs. Shreya Kothari leads Just Holidays in the leisure portfolio. An IATA qualified and with over 15 long years of experience, she has been instrumental in curating bespoke holiday experiences for discerning clients, blending creativity with meticulous detailing. Her expertise lies in designing high-end vacations, managing luxury itineraries & delivering unforgettable journeys. She has successfully designed and executed premium travel packages for many HNIs earning praise from them for her service standards. She has ready knowledge of lesser-known destinations, exclusive itineraries, curated activities, premium accommodations, etc. She has a keen ability to identify emerging travel trends and has immense passion in developing exceptional client relationships by creating memorable travel moments for them. She is the reason behind our significant rise in market share.
